What are credits?
Booking credits allow us to reserve a set number of hours in the meeting rooms. These credits correspond to the hours included in your monthly plan/membership.
One credit equals 1 hour of reservation:
REMEMBER: Credits can only be used for the CORE, FOCUS, DATA, and ROI rooms.

What do credits allow you to do?
- They allow ULabers to book a number of hours in meeting rooms.
- 1 booking credit equals 1 hour of reservation.
- Hourly credits can only be used for meeting rooms.
How can I get these credits?
- The number of credits/hours you receive depends on your monthly plan.
Do they renew?
Credits are renewed every month. Remember, unused credits do not transfer to the next month.
What happens if I use up all my credits and need to book a room?
You’ll receive a 20% discount on standard rates.
When making a booking, you’ll see a monetary amount reflected.

Where can I see how many credits I have left?
You can only see how many credits you have left in the Member Portal from your desktop.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to check your remaining credits from the app.
- Access your Member Portal.
- Select Billing.
- Then select Credits.
When you make a booking, you’ll be able to see how many credits you’re using for each reservation.
